Physical training is rarely the hard part. Rather, knowing what to do is quite complex. Work with our director of training, and the rest of our team to plan training that leads to meaningful amounts of fitness, while reducing the risk of injury, and promotes sustainable capability.

Individualized training plans at Alqemis start with finding out where you are at by using our fitness intake and movement screen. We glean insight into the things you enjoy, the way you move, and any compensations you may have due to injury, overuse or structural abnormalities. From there, we begin to create a roadmap to get you where you want to go. We treat exercise as a skill that needs to be developed, no different than learning to play an instrument and understanding each person is starting in their own unique place. The end goal with each Alqemis client is to give you the requisite skills and information needed to put you in the position to be able to train autonomously or in the setting you desire knowing that you are prepared to do so. 

What comes with the Alqemis Training Plan:

  • Access to world class individualized coaching.

  • A training plan tailored to where we believe you should start so that you can continue to progress through training by removing the bottlenecks caused by starting in the wrong place. 

  • An ongoing roadmap of progression to achieve your desired results.

  • Communication with your coach as needed to ensure you have all the information necessary to reach your goals. This is to include phone calls, email and messaging either with our Alqemis App or via text. 

  • An all inclusive App that contains breakwork, cognitive tests, recipes and more. 

Our goal at Alqemis is to build your body to be as robust as possible so you can spend your days doing the things you love. We focus on:

  1. Building muscle, the second most abundant sensory organ in the body, also known as the organ of longevity. 

  2. Exploring your joints ability to articulate correctly through appropriate ranges of motion and how to build strength in the ranges you currently lack capacity in both physically and neurologically. 

  3. Utilizing capacity based modalities to explore your physical and psychological thresholds so you can push beyond your perceived limitations. 

  4. Improving cardiovascular health through endurance based activities both in and out of a gym setting. 

Your individualized plan will have a blend of all four components listed above that we believe are essential staples for living a long and healthy life. Along with your custom training plan, you’ll have access to various tools inside that Alqemis App such as; breath work, recipes and cognitive exercises that you can use at your discretion or will be specifically programmed for you by your coach.
